Priced per period, limited per request.

Every plan is defined in the NordAI database with a price, duration and four independent limits: daily requests, monthly requests, per-minute rate and concurrent requests. Administrators can change them, and the gateway enforces the current values on the next request.

Prices and limits are read from the database and can be changed by the operator. Prices are inclusive of the amounts shown and are charged in Indonesian rupiah through a QRIS payment provider when one is configured.

How billing works

  • Checking out creates an invoice on the server with a unique order id, the plan id and the exact amount in IDR. The invoice expires after 30 minutes.
  • A subscription is activated only when the payment provider confirms settlement to the NordAI webhook and the signature and amount match. A browser redirect is never treated as proof of payment.
  • Every webhook event is stored with a unique provider event id. Replayed or duplicate events cannot extend a subscription twice.
  • Expired invoices never activate a plan. If a payment arrives after expiry, contact support so it can be reconciled manually.

Quota resets

Daily allowances reset at 00:00 Asia/Jakarta (WIB). Monthly allowances reset on the first day of the month at 00:00 WIB. The exact reset timestamps are returned by the API with every quota error and shown in the dashboard.

What is not included

NordAI does not sell unlimited access, does not guarantee upstream model availability, and does not promise a specific throughput beyond the per-minute and concurrency limits shown above. When your plan runs out, requests are rejected — the gateway never charges a paid model automatically.

Introductory price

The Pro price is an introductory price stored in the database (currently Rp 20.000 for 30 days). The operator can change plan pricing; the price you pay is the price recorded on your invoice at checkout.
